ELOFIT is a High Density Polyethylene system of electrofusion and spigot fittings and special components for the conveyance of water and gas under pressure. When current moves through them, these resistors generate the heat needed to melt polyethylene. Energy is transmitted directly and exclusively to the surface where pipe and fitting come into contact with each other, producing heat welding.
