The NIRON Beta system was installed for the refurbishment of the cooling system of the ice skating rink in Varese, Italy. Permafrost was used with Tichelmann system with NIRON Clima Ø200 mm manifolds and Ø32 mm flexible NIRON Beta installed for radiant heating loops under the building to help prevent permafrost from developing in the soil due to the temperatures necessary to maintain the ice in the facility. NIRON Beta pipes have been selected thanks to the special characteristics of their raw material which guarantees high mechanical strength and durability, even at not ordinary temperatures and pressures. Furthermore, thanks to the possibility of producing diameters 25mm and 32mm in coils, this system guarantees ease of installation in a short time.
