A successful NIRON Beta piping system installation for a large 438-unit Long Beach Towers condo/apartment project on Long Island, NY for a domestic hot/cold water installation. The 1.2 million square foot development will feature two, nine-story condominium buildings (200 units total) and one, ten-story apartment building with 238 units. The development will also have 1,000 parking spots and 6,500 square feet of restaurant and retail space accessible from the boardwalk. The project is currently projected to be substantially complete late in 2024. The customer was very happy about the product and ease of installation as well as the results for the excellent service provided.
