NUPI Industrie Italiane installed its ELOWEB radiant heating system in Milano Parco Sud Basiglio, where a new construction project is taking shape, cutting-edge in terms of energy efficiency and quality of life. The technical protagonist: the Eloweb radiant system. The ambitious and complex project includes six residential buildings divided into multiple high-energy-class residential units, for a total of over 20,000 m² of installed surface area, approximately 3,000 m² per building. To ensure high performance in all seasons, the Eloweb radiant system was chosen with a 10 cm installation spacing, optimized for both heating and cooling, and 17x2 mm 5-layer PE-RT type I pipe, the ideal choice for quick, safe, and long-lasting installation. Thanks to Eloweb technology, each apartment benefits from evenly distributed comfort, low energy consumption, and high system responsiveness. This project represents a perfect example of how plant innovation can enhance and improve the construction quality of an entire residential complex.
